With a credit union history, this bank needed to simplify its name to be more easily understood and gain traction with potential customers. They wanted a completely fresh, new identity and look for the brand without departing from their reputation for making the customer’s lives easier.
Taking the bank’s philosophy to heart, we decided that simplicity should be linked to the name, the brand, the look and the feel of the entire organization. Making the bank easier to use and access, everything was reconsidered and transformed, from the web experience to team building, signage to service brochures. Keeping the design simple raised the bank’s approachability and made it more intuitive, engaging and fun.
